Absolutely. Each Brain is isolated per account with no cross-contamination between businesses. Your data is never used to train public AI models. You own your memory snippets and can delete them at any time.

Yes — shared team Brains are available on Business plans. All team members chat with the same Brain that knows your company context, SOPs, and history. Individual private Brains can also exist alongside shared ones.
Credits are consumed per AI interaction. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation — unused sub credits do not roll over (they expire at month end). Additional top-up credits last 365 days from purchase and are only used once your monthly credits are exhausted.
