Each message and action you take in Aiandi uses credits. Our Free plan gives you 25 credits per month to explore the platform. Paid plans include monthly credits—Pro plans start at 500/month. You can buy additional credits anytime and they expire 365 days from purchase. Check your usage in the app header to see your credit balance.

Absolutely! Our workspace plans (Business and above) let your whole team share a Brain and collaborate. Each team member gets their own login and access to shared knowledge, so everyone benefits from the same AI that knows your business. Add team seats for just $19/seat/month.

Training is easy and happens right in the app. Use the Training tab to upload documents, paste text directly, or answer guided prompts about your business. The more quality information you add, the smarter your Brain becomes. You can train continuously—there's no limit to how much you can teach your AI.

Yes. There's no lock-in period or long-term commitment. You can downgrade to a lower plan or cancel entirely from your account settings anytime. If you cancel, you keep access to your Brains and data—you can always reactivate later.

Simple mode shows you the core Aiandi tools you need to get started—great if you want to focus on just the essentials. Pro mode unlocks all features including advanced reasoning (Hyperthink), strategy tools, SOP Builder, and more. You can switch between modes anytime based on what you're working on.
