Intelligence Modes
Toggle modes on and off to change how Aiandi thinks. Each mode adjusts what context is injected, how deeply the AI reasons, and what extra processing happens per message.
Business Info
Foundational facts about your business — name, industry, audience, pricing, values — shared across every Project automatically. Set your Business Info once in the Memory Centre and every conversation starts with full context. No repetition, no drift.
ALWAYS ON · NO EXTRA COSTContext (Universal Mode)
When ON, Aiandi draws on broad best practices, case studies, and business examples alongside your project's own memory. When OFF, it stays tightly focused on only what your project knows. Default is ON.
INCLUDED · NO EXTRA COSTDeep Recall
When enabled, Aiandi explicitly cites which memories, snippets, and stored context it draws from in every reply. Great for verifying what your project actually knows and auditing its reasoning.
INCLUDED · NO EXTRA COSTBrief Mode
Turn this on and every message automatically trains your Project. Facts, preferences, decisions, and context are distilled into memory in real time — your Project gets smarter with every conversation. Ideal for onboarding a new project quickly.

Smart Learn notices when one missing business detail would make an answer much sharper. Aiandi asks a focused question, lets you share the detail or proceed with a best guess, then can save useful answers into V2 memory so future replies improve.

Every Aiandi workspace starts with Projects — separate knowledge containers for different areas of your business. Here’s how to create and configure them.
Create a Project
Click the + button to open the project creation modal. Give your project a name, optionally add a website URL, goal, and description. Aiandi uses these to understand your project’s purpose from day one.
INCLUDEDAI Blueprint
Click "Build Blueprint" and Aiandi scans your website and inputs to auto-generate assumptions and starter memory snippets. Review, edit, then create — your project launches pre-loaded with real context instead of starting empty.
INCLUDEDCopy Business Info
When creating a new project, the "Copy Business Info" checkbox (on by default) seeds your new project with all your foundational business facts. Every project starts informed.

Your project’s memory is the heart of Aiandi. The more it knows, the better it thinks. Here are all the ways to build and manage memory.
Memory Snippets
Individual pieces of knowledge stored in your project. Add them manually, or let Brief Mode and Distill create them automatically. Each snippet has a label, content text, tags, and source tracking.
INCLUDEDDistill to Memory
After any conversation, click "Memorise last" to extract useful learnings from the latest chat and save them as separate memory snippets. AI identifies facts, decisions, strategies, numbers, and preferences automatically.
1 CREDIT PER DISTILLPin Snippets
Pin your most important snippets so they always appear at the top of the memory list and get priority injection into every conversation. Pinned snippets are never filtered out by relevance scoring.
INCLUDEDBusiness Info (Memory Centre)
Manage your Business Info from the dedicated tab in the Memory Centre. Add, edit, and delete foundational business facts that apply across all projects. These are injected into every chat automatically.
INCLUDEDDistill All
In the Memory Centre, use "Distill All" to have AI review every snippet in your project, de-duplicate, compress, and clean them into a refined set. Review the proposal before accepting.

Over 100 pre-built strategic prompts across 9 categories: Clarity & Direction, Ideal Customer, Offers & Pricing, Marketing & Demand, Sales & Conversion, Operations, Money & Metrics, Team & Leadership, and AI & Leverage. Click any prompt to send it straight to your chat.
INCLUDEDGenerate Custom Prompts
Click "Generate custom Strategic prompts" to have AI create prompts tailored specifically to your project’s memory and business context. Select which categories to regenerate and review before saving.

New Chat
Start a fresh conversation with your active project. Previous chat history is preserved and accessible from the history panel.
Copy Chat
Copy the entire conversation to your clipboard in a clean, email-friendly format. Great for sharing insights with your team.
Chat History
Access past conversations with any project. Conversations are saved automatically and can be revisited at any time.
Stop Response
Click the stop button to halt a streaming response at any point. Useful if the AI is heading in the wrong direction.
Persona & Context
Customise how Aiandi talks to you and what lens it uses to think about your questions.
AI Persona
Choose an avatar, set a custom name, pick a tone (professional, casual, direct, etc.), and adjust proactivity level. Your persona settings persist across sessions.
INCLUDEDIndustry Selector
Choose your industry from the dropdown or enter a custom one. Aiandi uses this to contextualise advice, examples, and benchmarks to your specific sector.
INCLUDEDPersona Selector
Select your role (Founder, Marketing Lead, Operations, etc.) or enter a custom persona. This helps Aiandi frame answers at the right level and with the right priorities.
INCLUDEDStrategy Mode
Set a specific strategic goal or framework for the conversation. Aiandi blends your project memory with strategic intent for more targeted, aligned answers. Available on Pro plan and above.
PRO PLAN+File Uploads & Downloads
Upload documents to chat and generate downloadable files directly from AI responses.
Upload Documents
Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX, or image files directly into your chat. Aiandi reads and understands the full content — including bold headings, lists, and table formatting — so it can answer questions about your documents with full context.

Ask Aiandi to create a spreadsheet, checklist, action plan, or any structured data — and it will generate a downloadable CSV file you can open directly in Excel or Google Sheets. Just ask for a “downloadable” version and a download button appears in the response.

Aiandi uses a credit system. Every plan includes a monthly credit allocation, with top-ups available any time. Most actions cost 1 credit, but heavier tasks scale with a sliding fee to keep things fair.

Blueprint + Business Info
Set up your Business Info first, then create new projects with Blueprint. Each project launches with your foundation baked in plus AI-generated context.
Stack WAIM on big decisions
Before committing to a strategy, turn on WAIM and ask "What am I missing?" It'll surface risks and angles your project hasn't considered.
Pin your north stars
Pin the 3–5 most important facts about your business. Pinned snippets are always injected first and never get filtered by relevance scoring.
