Terms of Service — Aiandi Intelligence

These Terms govern access to and use of the Aiandi platform ("Platform") operated by Aiandi Intelligence ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Overview
The Platform is a software tool for productivity, planning, analysis, and workflow support. It includes AI-assisted functionality and data processing features. The Platform is provided as a software tool only — not as professional advice.
2. No Professional Advice
The Platform does not provide business, financial, legal, tax, or consulting advice. Any outputs are informational tools only. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made using Platform outputs.
3. AI System Limitations
AI systems may generate outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may not reflect real-world conditions. You must independently verify all AI-generated outputs before using them.
4. Sensitive Data
Do not upload payment card data, health information, government identification numbers, or other regulated personal data. Data uploaded is provided at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, or generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain the property of Aiandi Intelligence. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or build competing products using the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiandi Intelligence excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business interruption, reliance on outputs, or data errors. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the previous three months or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aiandi Intelligence from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on Platform outputs, data you upload, or communications you send using Platform-generated content.
9. Governing Law
