🧬 Base DNA

Foundational facts about your business — name, industry, audience, pricing, values — shared across every Brain automatically. Set your Base DNA once in the Memory Centre and every conversation starts with full context. No repetition, no drift.

🌐 Brain Context (Universal Mode)

When ON, Aiandi draws on broad best practices, case studies, and business examples alongside your brain's own memory. When OFF, it stays tightly focused on only what your brain knows. Default is ON.

🔍 Deep Recall

When enabled, Aiandi explicitly cites which memories, snippets, and stored context it draws from in every reply. Great for verifying what your brain actually knows and auditing its reasoning.

🧠 Brief Mode

Turn this on and every message automatically trains your Brain. Facts, preferences, decisions, and context are distilled into memory in real time — your Brain gets smarter with every conversation. Ideal for onboarding a new brain quickly.

🤔 What Am I Missing? (WAIM)

Your built-in devil’s advocate. WAIM challenges your assumptions, surfaces blind spots, and offers counter-arguments you haven’t considered. Great for pressure-testing strategy, validating plans, and catching mistakes before they cost you.

⚡ Hyperthink

Activates a premium reasoning model for complex strategy, financial modelling, multi-step analysis, and high-stakes deliverables. When the answer really matters, Hyperthink gives you the sharpest thinking AI can offer.

🏗️ Create a Brain

Click the + button to open the brain creation modal. Give your brain a name, optionally add a website URL, goal, and description. Aiandi uses these to understand your brain’s purpose from day one.

📐 AI Blueprint

Click "Build Blueprint" and Aiandi scans your website and inputs to auto-generate assumptions and starter memory snippets. Review, edit, then create — your brain launches pre-loaded with real context instead of starting empty.

🧬 Copy Base DNA

When creating a new brain, the "Copy Base DNA" checkbox (on by default) seeds your new brain with all your foundational business facts. Every brain starts informed.

📝 Memory Snippets

Individual pieces of knowledge stored in your brain. Add them manually, or let Brief Mode and Distill create them automatically. Each snippet has a label, content text, tags, and source tracking.

💎 Distill to Memory

After any conversation, click "Distill to memory" to extract all valuable insights from the entire chat and save them as separate memory snippets. AI identifies facts, decisions, strategies, numbers, and preferences automatically.

📌 Pin Snippets

Pin your most important snippets so they always appear at the top of the memory list and get priority injection into every conversation. Pinned snippets are never filtered out by relevance scoring.

🧬 Base DNA (Memory Centre)

Manage your Base DNA from the dedicated tab in the Memory Centre. Add, edit, and delete foundational business facts that apply across all brains. These are injected into every chat automatically.

✨ Distill All

In the Memory Centre, use "Distill All" to have AI review every snippet in your brain, de-duplicate, compress, and clean them into a refined set. Review the proposal before accepting.

📚 Prompt Library

Over 100 pre-built strategic prompts across 9 categories: Clarity & Direction, Ideal Customer, Offers & Pricing, Marketing & Demand, Sales & Conversion, Operations, Money & Metrics, Team & Leadership, and AI & Leverage. Click any prompt to send it straight to your chat.

🎯 Generate Custom Prompts

Click "Generate custom Strategic prompts" to have AI create prompts tailored specifically to your brain’s memory and business context. Select which categories to regenerate and review before saving.

🤖 AI Persona

Choose an avatar, set a custom name, pick a tone (professional, casual, direct, etc.), and adjust proactivity level. Your persona settings persist across sessions.

🏭 Industry Selector

Choose your industry from the dropdown or enter a custom one. Aiandi uses this to contextualise advice, examples, and benchmarks to your specific sector.

👤 Persona Selector

Select your role (Founder, Marketing Lead, Operations, etc.) or enter a custom persona. This helps Aiandi frame answers at the right level and with the right priorities.

🎯 Strategy Mode

Set a specific strategic goal or framework for the conversation. Aiandi blends your brain memory with strategic intent for more targeted, aligned answers. Available on Pro plan and above.

📤 Upload Documents

Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX, or image files directly into your chat. Aiandi reads and understands the full content — including bold headings, lists, and table formatting — so it can answer questions about your documents with full context.

⬇️ Downloadable Files

Ask Aiandi to create a spreadsheet, checklist, action plan, or any structured data — and it will generate a downloadable CSV file you can open directly in Excel or Google Sheets. Just ask for a “downloadable” version and a download button appears in the response.

📊 Sliding Fee — How It Works

Aiandi uses a fair sliding fee so simple tasks stay cheap and heavier tasks contribute more. The base cost of a chat message is 1 credit, but longer messages, larger files, and bigger data exports add a small surcharge based on how much compute they require.

Surcharges stack on top of the base action cost. For example, a long message (800+ chars) with Hyperthink on costs 10 + 2 = 12 credits. Most everyday messages stay at 1 credit.
